Ten 4 Star Gym members lifted at the USPA Meet March 25th at the UFC gym in Corona, CA. All members competed in the Deadlift competition. There were 5 first time competitors: Simon Goleston, Karen Trim, Jessica Borio, Dennis Kerr and Hunter Weaver, all trained by Jason Kelske (http://blog.gametimestrength.com). The other five lifters were Linda Adam, Anna Kelske, Joe Buys, Ed Lewis and Jason Kelske. Jason also trains Linda and Joe! The team took 11 Gold Medals and 1 Silver! Linda Adam was awarded Best Female Lifter and Ed Lewis was awarded Best Male Lifter!

Congratulations to all and to Jason Kelske for being such a great trainer and inspiration to his clients!

donate their time with the USPA for putting on another fun and inspiring competition!
